Nitin Gadkari likely to take charge in Rajasthan

Nitin Gadkari, former national president is likely to take charge in Rajasthan assembly election 2013. Narendra Modi is now face of BJP and he is backed by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). He is also appointed as chairman of election campaign committeeSenior most BJP leader LK Advani wanted Gadkari to take charge of Rajasthan according to a report.

Vasundhara Raje, state president and projected CM will be happy with the decision. Nitin Gadkari had appointed her as state BJP president. Hence, they have good political relations. Moreover, appointment of Gadkari will ensure RSS support and put an end to clash. Nitin Gadkari also has very good relation with Mahesh Sharma, former Rajyasabha member and senior leader RSS.

Amit Shah, BJP general secretary and Modi’s close aide, is likely to be appointed to mobilize support of BJP and Modi through social media. Online promotion is keyword, nowadays, to mobilize young support in election.Narendra Modi is very popular online and Rajasthan BJP is far ahead of Congress in social media and other internet promotion.

It is well known fact that RSS lobby in Rajasthan was not favor of Vasundhara Raje. However, both groups of BJP came to an agreement when Vasundhara Raje was appointed as State president and Gulab Chand Kataria as leader of opposition. Both of them shown unity since then and BJP got grand success in joint leadership when it comes to Suraj Snkalp Yatra. BJP has used social media intelligently and promoted their leaders online through various means in internet.

Both Indian National Congress and Bharatiya Janta Party have been engaged in sharp debates. Ashok Gehlot, present Chief Minister and main campaigner of Congress party is working hard for net assembly election. He has got free hand from the high command.

In the mean time, JD(U), former alliance of BJP has joined hands with SP and left. They will fight assembly election 2013 together and trying to get support from Dr. Kirodilal Meena. However, these parties are not in the political mainstream and can hope only for few seats in Rajasthan.

All political parties are activating their leaders and cadres for forthcoming election in Rajasthan. There are online and offline campaigns.
